At Force Factor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in unworn, pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once we receive the items.
